This website provides information about the Radio Hybrid project. The pages do not use first-party cookies or external tracking services.

Access data / server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technically necessary access data, such as IP address, date/time, requested file, browser type, operating system and referrer. The exact processing depends on the hosting provider and must be checked after upload.

Contact forms and music submissions

When users contact Radio Hybrid through a form, the information entered is processed to handle the request. This may include name, email address, subject, message and, depending on the form, details about songs, albums or advertising. Optional music attachments are accepted only as genuine MP3 or WAV files; each submission may contain up to three files with a combined maximum size of 10 MB. ZIP and RAR archives are not accepted. Files are transmitted to Radio Hybrid as email attachments and are not made public. After successful delivery, the sender receives an automatic confirmation at the email address provided. Request metadata is stored securely on the webspace so that the request can be processed reliably.

Song submissions and album suggestions

For song submissions or album suggestions, voluntarily provided data such as artist name, project name, song title, genre, description, links, rights confirmations and contact details are processed to review the submission. There is no entitlement to inclusion in the program.

Advertising requests

For advertising requests, the submitted contact data and information about the company, project or offer are used to process the request. Advertising options are reviewed and coordinated individually.

Guestbook

The guestbook initially stores new entries locally on the webspace in a moderated JSON file. Entries are not automatically published publicly.

When users submit a guestbook entry, the provided data is processed for review and possible publication. Only the name/artist name and message are published if the user agrees. Email addresses are not displayed publicly and are only used for possible follow-up questions.

Moderation of guestbook entries

New entries are reviewed before publication. Unwanted, unlawful, offensive, promotional or obviously automated content may be rejected. Deletion or correction of published posts can be requested by email.

Voluntary information

Information in emails, song submissions, guestbook entries and advertising requests is voluntary. Without sufficient contact details, a request may not be answerable.

External links and stream

This website may contain links to external pages or to the audio stream. When such links are clicked or the stream is accessed, data may be processed by the respective technical provider. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

No cookies / no tracking

This website does not use first-party cookies or external tracking services.

Rights of data subjects

Data subjects may, within the legal requirements, request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. A right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority may also exist.

Current status of this privacy policy

This privacy policy refers to the current page setup with moderated guestbook, email contact options and audio stream. If analytics, embedded third-party providers, external fonts or other services are added later, the privacy policy must be supplemented.
